The signatures

Syrups, citrus gels and infusions are all made in-house, then assembled at the counter the way a bartender would. An alcoholic version is available on request, served alongside our plates, during meals.

Blue butterfly-pea latte: squeeze the lemon and watch it turn pink. It arrives blue, with a lemon wedge on the side: give it a squeeze and the acidity flips the colour before your eyes. It’s the little show people come for — and come back for.

Where our flavours come from
Two ingredients tell the story of the house.
Bissap, the way it’s made back home
Our iced bissap is brewed from hibiscus grown in Côte d’Ivoire, lifted with Iranian black lime and cacao bean. It’s the drink of the house’s roots — served well chilled, €5.50 — and it has a warm cousin too: the hibiscus infusion, €3.80.
Raw cacao from the family plantation
The cacao we work with arrives raw from the family plantation in Côte d’Ivoire. You’ll taste it in the hot chocolates — Choco Mamie dark or Chic Choco, €3.90 — and in the homemade chocolates on the counter.

Why does the Butterfly Latte change colour?
It’s brewed with butterfly-pea flower, which is naturally blue. Squeeze the lemon wedge served alongside and the acidity turns the blue to pink, right there in your cup.
Do you have decaf or plant-based milks?
Just ask at the counter: the team will tell you what’s available that day and adapt your drink whenever possible.
Can I come in just for a coffee?
Absolutely — every day from 9am, with no minimum spend. The wifi is fibre-fast and there are sockets at every table, so plenty of people settle in to work.
Do the signature drinks contain alcohol?
